Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee for all students (non-refundable) – $200

Tuition must be paid through the FACTS management company automated payment system. There a multiple payment options. Please see below. The only exception to using FACTS is a full payment of tuition made directly to the school upon registration or prior to May 31 before the new school year.

Financial assistance is available based on qualifying need as disclosed via an online FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. We do our best at Portsmouth Catholic Regional School to work with every family who desires an education at PCRS for their children. All families requesting tuition assistance must complete the FACTS application.

UPFRONT FEES

Student Activity Fee ($445)– This fee covers assembly programs, Guidance and Counseling, education materials, Scantron performance testing, textbook rental, student insurance, diocesan student insurance. This is due by May 31, 2018 or upon registration.

Technology Fee ($190)– This fee covers all technology used in yours and your child’s interaction with the school. This includes SMART boards, technology maintenance, and online support programs (RenWeb, Scholastic Reading Counts, IXL math, Discovery Education, virus and content protection). This is due by May 31, 2018 or upon registration.

Facility Fee ($50) – This covers the annual maintenance to the school
