The purpose of the purpose of the raffle is to raise funds for upgrades to the technology lab at the school. This lab is used by all students during the year and participants in the summer Horizons program.
A book of 15 tickets will be issued to each family and the staff at the school for sale. The books will be logged with the name of the recipient, ticket numbers and date. The recipient is responsible for selling the tickets and turning in cash to the school. All unsold tickets will be returned to the school. No tickets will be sold using the internet or the U.S. Postal Service.
All winners will be selected by the blind pulling of a ticket from the accumulated entries. All drawings will be supervised by the school principal or her designee. Winners will be contacted by phone after the drawing and prizes will be picked up at the school office. Winners need not be present to win. All winners will have 7 days to arrange to pick up prize. If no arrangements have been made within the prescribed time, a new winner will be drawn for the prize following the procedures above.
Your registration stub(s) will be included in weekday drawings during the month of November for the amounts shown on the opposite side of this portion of your raffle ticket.
Purchasers of raffle tickets must be 18 years of age or older. Drawings will occur each day at the school office at 2:30 p.m. Saturday drawings will occur on Fridays and Sunday drawings will take place on Mondays. Winners will be called and posted to the Portsmouth Catholic Regional School web site (www.portsmouthcatholic.net) on the day of the drawing.
